We tailor our approach to the individual and their needs and values, both those outlined at the start and also those that emerge during the process. We are very flexible, focused, practical and incisive yet intuitive in our approach. We don’t use a fixed model, but have a large toolbox of ‘how to’s’ gained from many training courses, and we can also create tools and models in a session, to meet your specific needs.
