Rachel is a great believer on focusing on what you are good at and like and delegating the rest. She has a virtual PA www.urbanpa.com, and a local PA in Charlbury, as well as I.T. support to tackle all that techie stuff that she doesn’t really like! We also collaborate with trusted associates for bigger corporate projects, e.g. in change management and organisational development.
Rachel has been my coach on and off for a number of years. Every time I need some help I find her professional and quick minded approach to things a real help. I employ coaches and coach people myself so if you like Rachel is the 'coaches coach'. You can't say better than that. Highly recommended. David Wilkinson
Memorable momentsThe memorable moments of Rachel’s career include; repositioning a fridge brand from having a personality of ‘empty party’ to ‘sexy’; her client Duncan Goose winning the 2007 ITV People of Briton Awards alongside winners such as Helen Mirren and David Beckham; finding her dream home in Charlbury; writing a cheeky letter about the lack of innovation in the confectionery market to Marketing Week magazine and being contacted by 3 of the top confectionery brands about work; the most senior managing partner of the biggest law firm in the world choosing her as his career coach (yikes!) and all the inspiring wonderful aha moments and successes of her clients – seeing their talent liberated!
I embraced coaching 100% from the beginning, and the benefits I’ve gained have been life changing. Mervyn Yaffie
