New Career Program

The purpose of this program is to:

1)  Finally identify the new career that you have dreamed of, instead of putting up with one you hate  that’s just not you

2) Find you a career that will match your skills and give you security in our ever changing world of work

We explore; what motivates you; your values - what's important to you; your unique personal brand which comes from your skills, experience and character and your beliefs about career change. We explore strategic options and help you evaluate them to ensure your career change meets market and work trends, your personal needs, as well as giving you financial security.

We help you define a clear goal and plan to achieve it and introduce you to useful contacts and resources.  We also help you design a new CV and/or biog and create a marketing/networking plan to achieve your goal. The talent management part of our business is very useful for you as we are up to date with work trends, which sectors and jobs are growing and what employers are looking for.

Whether you have to change direction because of a shortage of jobs in your area or you want to change career, this is our specialism and our marketing, branding, coaching, NLP and talent management background is rare and an extremely useful combination for you. We also have an unusual mind that is analytical and yet creative/lateral, good at making connections, so we are good at spotting the new career opportunities that it is hard for you to see by yourself, as you are too close to yourself.

Typically programs are 12 hours in length, 2 hours a month for 6 months but we can discuss shorter or more intensive programs to suit your needs.  If you have sold a business, have free time post redundancy or want to identify a new career fast, then a faster track weekly program may suit you better. You choose.
