Purpose
The purpose of this program is to support you in getting the job of your dreams and the rewards that you seek in a culture that suits you, and to feel confident at interview and with an impactful and targeted CV.

We design the program to suit your needs and can do things like interview role play, redesign your CV, create a personalised networking and marketing strategy for you, share our insights re work trends and what employers are looking for.

Typically programs are 2-6 hours in length, but it depends on the individual and sometimes a one off sesion is all you need. We once did a 30 min session from the platform of Milton Keynes railway station with a day's notice! This resulted in our client getting a new job after just one stage of interviews when the employer were planning 2 rounds. She got a £4000 pay rise which was a great payback for 30 mins of our time.

We also have 40 Energise career guides and 60 Energise articles on useful topics for life and work such as Stress management, rapport skills etc.
